IES operates a round-the-clock call center, with live operators to answer and handle any situation that arises. We have operators proficient in a range of languages including English, Russian, and French who will assist in arranging:

medical assistance, e.g. lab tests, doctor's visit to home or hotel, calling an ambulance, going to the emergency room, referral to a doctor, treatment arrangements

non-medical (concierge) assistance, e.g. transportation to/from hotel & airport, making or changing tickets and/or travel arrangements, dealing with stolen/lost passports, documents and/or suitcases
